Demolition, site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Belgrade, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for the renovation of a 349,083-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility.
As of May 29, 20204, this project is under construction and completion expected December 2024. Project Description: The Enabling Package Schedule 0 is the first bid package of work that prepares Gallatin Airport Authority to continue with future terminal demolition and construction. Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: Demo, Concrete, Structural Steel, Carpentry, Insulation, Metal Siding, EIFS, Storefront , Doors and Hardware, Metal Framing, Drywall, Painting, Wall Covering, Acoustic Ceilings, Signage, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, access Control, Fire Alarm, Excavation, and Backfill and Baggage Handling Systems. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. Martel Construction will be seeking subcontractor and supplier bids for this project.
