Demolition, site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Belgrade, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a two-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of April 7, 2025, construction is underway, and completion expected 2027. Schedule 1, Phase I - $24,509,915 Schedule 1, Phase II alternate: $6,926,692 Total: $31,436,607 Project Description: Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: Demo, shoring, concrete, masonry structural steel, carpentry glu lam construction, foundation insulation, waterproofing/dampproofing, doors and hardware, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, access control, fire alarm, excavation and backfill, fencing and utilities. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project.
