The intent is to update the floor plan with a new furniture layout which will include electrical ( disconnections, new outlets/whips and traces), minor HVAC work (relocation of a few vents) and lighting relocations to be in alignment with the new layout. As well as some painting, signage updates, and carpet cleaning. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT.
