Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. This project includes the construction of improvements to Gap Road located south of Hackett in Sebastian County, Arkansas (HWEI Project No. 2021105) as specified in these Specifications and shown on the Construction Plans. A complete set of Bid Documents includes one (1) full-size and one (1) half-size set of construction drawings and one (1) set of project specifications, which may be purchased from the Engineer located at the address above upon payment of $100.00 for each set. The payment shall not be refundable. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers at the address above. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. Sebastian County, Arkansas, reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
