The Bidder shall be responsible for delivery of such Bidders Questions by 11:00 AM (local time) on December 17, 2021 to Alison Perry at APerry@njsda.gov. General Construction services to address water infiltration and structural repairs of the boiler room building roof. Repairs to existing terra cotta roof deck above the boiler room; re-construction of boiler room roof deck with re- enforcement and concrete; removal and replacement of concrete stairs within the boiler room; and repairs to the exterior wall in support of structural repairs to the roof including, but not limited to masonry re-pointing and replacement. This work will be bid and constructed as a single overall contract (one lump sum for all trades).
