The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for Lot 1 - 101 Cobblestone IRA, Lot 2-103 Cobblestone IRA, Lot 3-107 Cobblestone and Lot 4-108 Cobblestone IRA Whole House Interior Painting. This is a NYS public works project and prevailing wages must be paid. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 30 Days after completion of project (Interior Painting of Entire Residence). The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied.
