The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for Bathroom Design for our 209 Cuyler IRA. Contractor will be responsible for mandatory site visit to take place on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 1:00 pm to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Lay out of the current Bathroom to be supplied with this scope of work. Vendor will follow current NYS building codes. The design will have Cabinet layout. Will be ADA compliant and see attached specifications for materials used. If any electric is to change from current layout an electric print is needed. All fire protection that need must be specified in the print.
