To furnish subsidized golf rounds for the south kona, north kona, south kohala, and north kohala districts of the big island of hawai'i, county of hawai'i. All potential offerors are advised that the County of Hawai`i reserves the right to reject any offer which does not follow these instructions *No bid bonds or performance bonds shall be required i) Golf Course (1) 18 (eighteen) distinct, unique and separate holes; 6,300 yards (cumulative tees to greens); par established at 70, minimum (2) Slope rating/Course Rating (3) Provide a minimum of 3 (three) sets of tees (e.g. "Championship," "Competition," and "Recreational") per hole clearly identified by use of systematic coded markers at each of the tee boxes. (4) Incorporated bunkers and/or water features, cart paths and properly identified and marked hazard areas.
