Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This is a request for quotes for rain guttters installation on five metal building for the USDA ARS in Hilo, HI. Please see the attached documents for important information and instruction on how and when to submit quotes. This is a total small business set-aside with a of less than $25,000. All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. Completion shall be 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP) Dept. of Labor General Decision #HI20230001 dated 7/28/2023 is applicable to this contract. The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to paint modular buildings in Hilo, HI. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. Bid Guarantee: A bid guarantee is not required for quotes less than $150K. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit (if held), must be submitted to Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov 4:00 p.m. PST, Thursday, September 7, 2023.
