CORE Construction Services of Florida, LLC is seeking Sealed Subcontractor Bids for the Florida Department of Corrections, Okaloosa Correctional Institution - Dormitory A Re-Roofing project, located at 3189 Colonel Greg Malloy Rd, Crestview, FL 32539 The scope of work consists of removing and replacing all roofing on Dorm A, including wood repairs and with associated mechanical - electrical equipment connections. Bid package includes: Demolition, Roofing-Shingles, Roofing-TPO, Mechanical, & Electrical. Anticipated construction start is January 2022. MWBE/LDB/VBE subcontractors & suppliers are encouraged to participate. Last day for written inquires to be received by CORE Construction is December 6, 2021.
