The Crestview Housing Authority (CHA) is seeking bids for 2022-2023, lawn maintenance. The lawn season will start March 1, 2022 and end in October. The contract will be for the period of one year with two (2) one-year extensions if both parties agree. Contractor(s) will be licensed, provide labor and equipment for mowing, weed eating, edging, and trimming lawns. Contractors will be expected to blow all hard surfaces including porches, sidewalks, driveways, and public areas. Contractors will also prune shrubs and bushes. Bids must demonstrate qualifications for all stages of work including personnel, equipment and insurance. Contractor will also need to provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.000 and workers compensation. CHA encourages minority participation and requires compliance with Section 3. CHA is a drug free/smoke free equal opportunity employer. Crestview Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
