Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 204,000 SY Mill and Overlay 2" Asphalt Pavement, Type D 100,000 LF Pavement Marking 20,000 SF ADA Ramps 22,000 SF Sidewalk PREQUALIFICATION : YES Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
