Renovation of a medical facility in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information for a turnkey solution from the vendor community regarding the potential procurement of an on-Premise or cloud-based solution, or both, Phone System Replacement Solution, including but not limited to, implementation, hardware, on-going maintenance/service(s), professional services, etc. Information gathered from this RFI will assist HPHA in determining system requirements, project scope, project timeline, general project cost, and resources required. This input will also assist HPHA in its preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and subsequent contract. HPHA's ideal state would be to implement a voice services solution that connects all four (4) of our hospital sites and is capable of expanding to other partner site(s) over the next several years. HPHA's goal is to have a standardized solution that is reliable, stable, as well as easy to administer by non-technical staff at the Hospital. HPHA's immediate requirement is for basic telephone services that provides at a minimum the same functions and features of the existing system (see Section 1.4 for Existing Environment).
