Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in South Weber, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
for the construction of the Fire Station Driveway & Auxiliary Building will be received by South Weber City, strictly through email sent to brandonj@jonescivil.com and lsmith@southwebercity.com before the bid opening date and time. The Project consists of clearing & grubbing, removing & installing concrete flatwork, and minor landscape restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be emailed. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
