Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 5, 2022 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Westgate Regional Pump Station will be a new pump station that will serve the new Westgate Subdivision and surrounding area. The pump station has been preliminarily sized at 1,250 gpm. The storage pond will be designed by the developer's engineer, as it will be used for both irrigation storage and storm water detention purposes. The storage pond will also be constructed by the developer's contractor. The following figure shows the proposed location of the new pump station and storage pond.
