Include building out trim and fascia to extend out past face of the siding, cover with aluminum coil stock in color chosen but owner. 2) Item #9-Kitchen Cabinets Replace.- Install 6' of cabinets and countertop next to Refrigerator. 3) Replace (Front). - Change from 7' X 12" to 7' X 13' Include replacing gutters to accommodate the new porch roof. MBE (5%), WBE (3%) 1. BOILER - SERVICE Contractor is responsible to bid on performing the following work to meet or exceed the minimum standards set below. All installations are to be complete and must conform to manufacturer's specifications as well as all applicable codes pertaining to same. Have a boiler technician service the boiler. Visually inspect all other components of boiler for existing or future problems. After cleaning and preliminary adjustments, boiler is to have final adjustment made for peak efficiency with a combustion analyzer. These readings are to be recorded and left at boiler for future reference. Any component found defective or in need of possible replacement (with the exception of items mentioned above) must be reported to the rehabilitation specialist along with associated costs for possible replacement. This will be covered in a change order. Provide copy of technical report to Owner and Rehabilitation Specialist. WATER HEATER - REPLACE Install a new electric water heater Bradford White or approved equal. Remove existing electric water heater from basement and dispose of properly. Install the new electric water heater on a 4" high stable base in the utility room. Connection to existing plumbing is to be done with PEX and include shut-off valves. Include the installation of a ridged pipe from the pop off valve to 6" above the floor. Install a pressure reducing valve (Taco 25aub007) or approved equal on main water line and a ST5 expansion tank installed at water heater.
