Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tama, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Construct new cold storage building per plans and specs provided. Building to be 6 stalls, non-insulated standard pole building. Bid Alternate #1: Solar panels to be provided and installed as electrical source for lighting inside building. Work to be performed M - F 7:00 to 3:30, work to be inspected by State Building Code Bureau and electrical work to be performed by licensed electricians and inspected by State Electrical Board. All inspections to be coordinated through contractor and paid for by Owner. DOT Estimated Start Date: April 1, 2022 and Final completion on or before December 31, 2022. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Jody McNaughton (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Jody McNaughton in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system.
