The Iliff Roundabout Landscaping and Irrigation project involves installation of new landscaping and an irrigation system for a newly developed median. Landscaping will consist of complimentary drought-tolerant planting for the artwork and decorative rock and breeze improvements which align with other median improvement projects. Irrigation will tie directly into an existing PROS system. The project includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: Earthwork Site Preparation Erosion & Sedimentation Control Crusher Fines paths Trees, Sod, Native Seed and Soil Preparation Irrigation Work not specifically called out for but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this contract should be considered as part of the work to be performed, whether specifically detailed or not. Question Acceptance Deadline 11/29/2021 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required The estimated cost for this project is from $105,000.00 to $130,000.00 The Contract Documents require that all work be on or prior to June 30, 2022, after issuance of notice to proceed. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $200.00 per day
