Napa County Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified vendor to provide regular landscape maintenance services at three County campuses and at vegetated roadside strips and bioretention facilities in the Napa Valley Business Park / Airport Industrial Park Area and to provide as-needed on-call landscape services at various other County properties/facilities. Term of contract is anticipated to be five (5) years, comprised of an initial three (3) year term with the provision of two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The contract start date is anticipated to be July 1, 2022. Five locations will be included in the job walk. Participants are in charge of their own transportation to the job sites. Public Works staff will lead the job walk giving proposers an opportunity to review the condition and size of the grounds and facilities. The job walk schedule is as follows (times, other than the starting time are approximate): 9:00 a.m.: Participants shall meet at 2200 Napa Vallejo Hwy. (Re-Entry Facility) 9:40 a.m.: 2751-A Napa Valley Corporate Drive (South Campus) 10:20 a.m.: 1535 Airport Blvd. (Sheriff's Office) 11:00 a.m.: 1535 Airport Blvd. (CSA No. 3) 11:30 a.m.: Intersection of Devlin Rd. and Tower Rd. (Devlin Road Facilities) Questions regarding the RFP process will not be answered during the job walk and should be submitted pursuant to the terms of this RFP. Trained in QWEL or Bay Friendly Landscape techniques, possession of Pesticide Applicator's Certificate, registered with Napa County Agricultural Commissioner's Office.
