The Project Includes Bituminous Pavement Milling and Overlay of the 4,000 Lf X 75 Feet Wide Runway 5-23, Selective Rehabilitation of the Existing Bituminous Shoulder Pavement, Sealing and Remarking of the Runway 5-23 Blast Pads. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Technical questions shall be submitted online and must be received by the close of business on Monday, December 6, 2021. An addendum will be issued by the close of the business day on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The requirements of 49 CFR part 26 apply to this contract.
