Site work and paving for a civil project in Mineral Wells, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Said project shall include furnishing and installing 12", 6", 2" and 1" water lines, gate valves, fire hydrants, air release valves, roadway bores for 12" and 6" water line, 24", 14" and 4" steel casing, connection to existing water lines and meters, asphalt pavement repair, and various types of driveway repair. Bid security in the form of Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or other negotiable instrument in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders.
