The Contractor must at all times secure the perimeter of his site. and at; Lot 2 : Residence Louise-Vachon ,at 4390 Boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest, Laval, QC. Contractors must take into consideration that this building is a rehabilitation center for people with an intellectual disability (ID) or pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) who remain occupied during the work. The Contractor must at all times secure the perimeter of his site. These preventive security measures are required at the Louise Vachon residence . The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise scope of work and required protection measures . The work consists of, but not limited to: The supply of all permits other than those for construction required, including the related documents; The demolition of the elements; Temporary works; Containment work relating to infection control; Containment work relating to user safety; The openings; Coordination of work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by the contractor; Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings on request; Waste removal; Daily and final cleaning of the site; The supply of documents relating to the documentation and the closure of the site. The contractor is required to prepare his bid in accordance with the regulations currently in force in connection with the Covid 19 virus pandemic (CNESST guide. WORK SCHEDULE Work that does not disrupt the peripheral activities of the establishment can be done during the following hours, that is, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, other work must be done in the evening and on weekends. No tolerance will be accepted before or after these working hours unless approved by the owner. Service interruptions must be coordinated with the technical service department at least 5 working days before the intervention. All service cuts will be made in the evening, at night or on weekends, depending on the impact on the functioning of services and day-to-day operations, without compensatory costs for the Contractor. (APPENDIX I) WORK SCHEDULE Respecting the schedule is the very essence of this contract. The contractual timeframe for the work is 6 weeks from mobilization to the site, excluding vacations and statutory holidays. The date of mobilization on the site must be authorized by the project manager of the CISSS de Laval.
