Reference number : 1539516 eview Title : Temporary thermal bypasses and excavation Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-11-11 Electronic submission accepted: No Installation of bypass pipes for steam, condensate and chilled water. These pipes will connect a valve chamber to a building. The targeted valve chamber has surface connection points, above ground level. The building to be supplied has external connection points on the facade. The new pipes will rest on a scaffold to be provided by the contractor. The commissioning of the bypass pipes is prior to the execution of the excavation work. The work to be performed is described in the plans and specifications attached hereto in Annex A and must be accepted in accordance with article 63, no later than December 17, 2021.
