Only tenders presented on documents specially prepared for this purpose and which are found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered. The tenders must be delivered to the Registrar in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope as to the number of the tender and the name of the tenderer and be presented on the documents prepared for this purpose.
