Electronic submissions are permitted and recommended within the framework of this call for tenders. Note : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. IMPORTANT NOTICES Pilot project to facilitate payments in the construction industry The President of the Treasury Board authorized the implementation of a pilot project aimed at experimenting with various measures intended to facilitate payment to companies that are parties to public construction work contracts as well as to public sub-contracts directly related to them. or indirectly and to define applicable standards in this matter. The pilot project essentially aims to test two main elements, namely the mandatory payment schedule and a dispute resolution method with recourse to an expert intervenor. The mandatory payment schedule includes the requirement to pay companies on fixed dates. The contract covered by this call for tenders is subject to the pilot project aimed at facilitating payment to companies party to public construction works contracts as well as to related public sub-contracts (Ministerial Order No. 2018 01) . Thus, the contract covered by this call for tenders and the related sub-contracts are subject to the terms and conditions established by this pilot project. Recommendation to submit bids electronically In order to preserve the health of its organization's staff, the Company is implementing preventive measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic tendering system. Authorization to contract / certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are completed before the deadline date and time for receipt of bids Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a tender, undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at the following e-mail address: infosoumission6@sqi.gouv.qc.ca Subcontractor submissions All subcontractors subject to the Quebec Submission Office (BSDQ) must, when submitting their electronic submission to the BSDQ, indicate the Company as the "Recipient" using the "Tender" menu of the electronic submission system. submissions (TES).
