Reference number : 1505983 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-07-16 Electronic submission accepted: No NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned that Ville de Laval will receive bids for: No SP-30371 Drainage improvement and correction works on the shore of the Garrot Mondays from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm; Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am; Wednesdays from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm; Thursdays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Only tenders presented on documents specially prepared for this purpose and which are found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered. The tenders must be delivered to the Registrar in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope as to the number of the tender and the name of the tenderer and be presented on the documents prepared for this purpose. However, Ville de Laval reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders and not to incur any legal action or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers. In addition, the City does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
