Reference number : 1544118 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-01-17 Electronic submission accepted: No The project consists of building a new wastewater treatment plant (STEP) which will replace the temporary WWTP put into operation on January 18, 2019 located at 425, rue Hébert, Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot. The temporary WWTP was started following repeated mechanical breakdowns of the biodisc system built in 1985. The treatment chain of the temporary WWTP of the Municipality of Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot consists of a pumping station, an equalization basin, a sequential biological reactor, a secondary settling tank and '' a sludge storage basin. Domestic wastewater is transported to the Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot WWTP by a municipal sewer network and is collected at the WWTP by a pumping station. At the pumping station, domestic and commercial water is mixed with industrial wastewater from the pig and sow slaughterhouse (Abattoir LG Hébert & Fils). The Municipality does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any Contractor must ensure, before submitting his offer, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. To be valid, any tender must be accompanied by a deposit or a tender bond, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total of the tender. Everything must be done in the name of the owner and is refundable under conditions. The Municipality of Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received or to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the Contractor (s).
