The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any Contractor must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Any tender, to be valid, must be accompanied by a deposit or a bond of tender whose amount is equal to 10% of the total of the tender. Everything must be done in the name of the contracting authority and is reimbursable under conditions. The Municipality of Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the Contractor(s).
