Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Location of Work: 2306 Powell Road Cranberry Township, Butler County All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the purchase and installation of Acoustic Air Inlet Silencers for three (3) Blower Intakes and all appurtenances at the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/10/2022 3:56 PM Time for Completion: 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed
