As of January 2, 2024, the project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence at the end of January, 2024, and is to be completed by June 28, 2024. MS4 Glen Eden Watershed Stream Restoration Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066-6499, will accept sealed bids for the following contract The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township. Questions Deadline : 7/13/2023 12:00 PM Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to improve the waterways in the Township. The project includes streambank slope adjustments, floodplain connectivity, toe wood structures, rock cross vanes, converging rock clusters, sawtooth deflectors, planting, erosion & sedimentation control features, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. Location of Work: Within the Developments of Cedarbrook, Manor Creek Farms, Glenn Brook Manor and Settlers Grove Cranberry Township, Butler County The estimated cost: Base Bid: $650,000 - $800,000
