Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake View, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of hydraulically dredging approximately 750,000 CY of deposited sediment from Black Hawk Lake. 1. Goals for minority participation in Iowa, expressed in percentage terms for the total hours worked by the Contractor's aggregate workforce in each trade on all construction work, are shown on the map of Iowa that follows. The goals shown apply to each designated geographical area, as shown on the map. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: A. Provide such field engineering services as are required for proper completion of the work including, but not necessarily limited to: 1. Establishing and maintaining lines and levels; 2. Structural design of shores, forms, and similar items provided as part of the Contractor's means and methods of construction; 3. Establishing finish grade stakes (including blue tops) as necessary; B. Additional requirements for field engineering may also be described in other sections of these specifications. Liquidated Damages Per Day - $1,000.00
