Renovation of an educational facility in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
EDD Project #21-0218 Any questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's office no later than 5:00pm on December 8, 2021 by emailing afinkle@ssparchitects.com. The Owner and Architect have determined that only DPMC Trade Classifications listed below are deemed eligible to bid this project: C032 HVCAR Mandatory site inspection is required by all prospective bidders. A site inspection form and reporting information is contained in bidder's package and must be completed by the bidder and signed by an owner's representative. Bids shall be delivered to or mailed to the below-stated location and marked with the project number below: Karl Knehr c/o Middlesex County Vocational Board of Education 112 Rues Lane East Brunswick, NJ 08816 (732) 257-3300 Ext.1953 Project No: PA-RTU-2022 Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Chapter 127, P.L. 1975 (NJAC 17:27 Public Contracts Affirmative Action Statute) as amended from time to time, the American with Disabilities Act and with any and all other Federal and New Jersey Statutes not specified herein. All contractors are subject to background checks. Refer to Section BInstruction to Bidders for additional information. Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law (NJSA 34:11-56.25 et seq.-NJAC 12:60). The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Work consists of replacement of four (4) Roof Top Units with modifications to the existing hot water connections, electrical connections, and roofing penetrations. In addition to the base bid scope of work five (5) alternates are solicited for replacement of an additional roof top unit and four (4) Make-up Air Units.
