Reference Number: AB-2021-06490 The Province is requesting Proposals for the design, construction, supply and installation of two (2) new aviation fuel distribution cabinets and one (1) above ground aviation fuel storage tank at the Pincher Creek Air Tanker Base. All designs, materials, construction and installation must be in accordance with municipal, provincial and federal codes relating to aviation fuel dispensing equipment and above ground fuel storage. Bid Security: A bid deposit in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount must accompany each Proposal. The bid deposit shall consist of one (1) of the following: o Bank draft payable to the "Government of Alberta". o A valid certified cheque payable to the "Government of Alberta" and bearing a date on or before the RFP closing date. o An irrevocable letter of credit from a Chartered Bank, Treasury Branch, Credit Union or Trust Company payable to "Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Alberta as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Economic Development". o A bid bond from a licensed insurance company or commercial indemnity company. Bid bonds shall name as obligee "Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Alberta as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Economic Development". The Proponent's name on the bid deposit must read the same as it does on the Proposal Submission Form. The successful Proponent only is required to submit a performance deposit in the amount of 10% of the Proposal.
