Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The cost of printing and shipping (as applicable) drawings and specifications shall be paid by the prospective bidder requesting the documents. A. The intercom system at Disney Elementary School is in need of replacement. The project includes removal of the existing intercom system equipment and cabling and replacing it with a new system. Additional data cabling is to also be provided for future use. B. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the West High School Intercom System Replacement Project. C. Work in the facility shall be allowed after normal student classroom hours during the school year and all hours during summer break. However, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building.
