The NAICS code is 236220 and a Small Business size standard of $39.5 million. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Range between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All potential bidders/offerors must attend the site visit if they want to submit a bid (No exceptions). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete Project 565-19-102, Renovate SPS/SPD at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project entails the renovation of approximately 8,430 GSF in the "D-wing" on the Basement level (ground level) of Building no. 1. The work includes but is not limited to the following: demolition of interior walls, ceiling grid, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.; framing, drywalling, finishing and painting; mechanical ducts, piping and new roof top unit in an enclosure; new cart lift shaft and system; electrical; plumbing; exterior improvements; etc. Performance of this work shall meet all State, Federal, and Veterans Affairs regulations and requirements as indicated in the plans and specifications.
