The Project consists of: DHCD #182070 Nemasket Creative Spaces - A single storey community room addition and renovation to existing community room and kitchen. Foundations, wood framing, associated site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, casework, tie-in to existing building. The work is estimated to cost $ 391,131.00 Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. SUBTRADES: Section 23.00.00 Mechanical Section 26.00.00 Electrical Bid Results- 1. DDS Industries - MECHANICAL - $ 98,350 2. M-V Electrical Contractors - ELECTRICAL - $63,785 1. All work required to construct a single storey addition to the existing community building at Nemasket Apartments. 2. Asbestos remediation as indicated in the specifications for existing building fabric. 3. Demolition of existing building fabric for additions and renovations. 4. Foundations and footings, slab on grade. 5. Wood framing and enclosure of single storey walls, sloped roof/vaulted ceiling; beams, posts, headers, etc. 6. New windows and doors; replacement doors. 7. Siding, roofing, waterproofing, flashing, sealants for envelope enclosure. 8. Interior finishes as specified for a complete interior integrated into new construction. 9. New plumbing tied to existing supply and waste. 10. FSB: New HVAC for existing and new construction; ground mounted equipment on pads and stanchions. 11. FSB: Electrical, lighting, and fire alarm work for existing and new construction. 12. Site work including walkways, patio, grading and seeding. 13. Alternates and/or base bid scope as indicated in 01 23 00 Alternates. 14. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
