Site work for a pipeline in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

The proposed project will expand and modify the existing gas collection system to support landfill operations and ensure continued compliance with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations. The project will construct approximately 7,700 linear feet of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) gas collection trenches, 36 gas collection wells, approximately 5,600 linear feet of buried HDPE header line, and miscellaneous gas system components including condensate collection piping and traps, gas header tie-ins to the existing gas system, and gas well and trench laterals, and all appurtenant work. The Board of Directors may award the contract for the above described work, either at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the above-stated address, on June 9, 2021 beginning at 1:30 p.m., or at any other meeting of the Board of Directors within 60 days after the date listed above for receipt of bids. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 230 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed. Est. Value: $3,600,000.00 This project constitutes a "public work" within the meaning of the California Labor Code (the "Labor Code") section 1720 and is subject to the prevailing wage laws applicable to the locality in which the work is to be performed.
