Renovation of a medical facility in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the roof replacement project as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for the roof replacement project on the David Young Building at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof system and the installation of a new roof system including related mechanical an electrical work. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Deadline for questions is December 13, 2021, 5:00 p.m. EST. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
