Renovation of a mixed-use development in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the interior refresh of the mezzanine level of the Asset Management Division (AMD) Warehouse located on the grounds of the Selkirk Mental Health Centre in Selkirk, Manitoba. Work to include the demolition and disposal of existing interior finishes including gypsum wall board, suspended ceilings and floor coverings in the areas indicated in the specifications. The supply and installation of new gypsum wall board is also part of this project. Work to be undertaken during the months of February and March 2022. Mandatory Submission Requirements Include: Completed Status in Relation to Manitoba Form (Form D1) Completed Buisness Information and Experience Form (Form D2) Completed and signed Form of Offer (Form D3) Completed Price Form (Form D4) Completed Contractor's Certification Form - Legislative and Safety Requirements of Manitoba Government Wide Contract Policy (Form D5) Proposed High Level Schedule for the Project (Form D6) along with Gantt Chart Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
