Pricing Lump sum The work to be done under this contract consists generally the furnishing of all required labour, equipment and material to perform all work required for the Operation and Maintenance of the Solid Waste Transfer Station in the City of Selkirk. The term of this contract will be for three (3) years commencing on January 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2026. INSURANCE The contractor shall provide, maintain and pay for the insurance coverage listed: 1) General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence. 2) Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence. 3) Contractors Equipment Insurance. 4) Submit a copy of the above insurance annually on January 1st to the City of Selkirk. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
