Renovation of a municipal facility in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work includes all that is required for the renovation and conversion of Garage Bay One (1) at the Manitoba Hydro Customer Service Centre located at 805 Greenwood Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba. Detailed Purchaser's Requirements are provided in the Contract documents. Manitoba Hydro requires one of the existing garage bays located in the yard at 805 Greenwood Avenue to be converted from cold storage to a heated and ventilated space. Manitoba Hydro intends to contract with one general Contractor for all that is required for the renovation and conversion of garage bay one (1) at 805 Greenwood Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba. Commencement of Services - May 1, 2024 Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
