The Selkirk Regional Health Centre Parking Expansion project, located in Selkirk, Manitoba, involves expansion of two existing parking lots, both for staff and public, to suit overall hospital growth. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. The Owner in its sole discretion may reject or accept all or any part of a bid, including any or all of the bids submitted under this bid call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
