Reference Number 0000279766 The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide entrance and sidewalk snow clearing services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the Selkirk Mental Health Centre, 825 Manitoba Avenue, ABI Residence, 604 Vaughan Avenue and the Selkirk Provincial Office Building, 446 Main Street in Selkirk, Manitoba. Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death, or Damage to Property Arising Out of Any of the Operations of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees or Agents Providing Services Under the Agreement, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees or Agents. This Insurance Shall Have a Minimum Coverage of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) Per Occurrence, Name Manitoba, Its Ministers, Officers, Employees and Agents as Additional Insureds Relating to the Services Provided Under the Agreement, and Contain a Cross-liability Clause and Provide Coverage for Premises and Operations, Completed Operations, Blanket Contractual, Extended Bodily Injury, Broad Form Property Damage, and Non-owned Automobile Liability The Agreement shall be for an initial term of two (2) years commencing upon Contract Award and expiring October 31, 2026 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
