Renovation of a day care center in Selkirk, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The work is being done in a six-storey high-rise in Selkirk MB. Work site location will be occupied during construction. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule A (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule B (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/05/15 04:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
