Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the construction of infrastructure site work. The work will include but not be limited to site preparation, earthwork, force main installation, existing force main abandonment, roadway and walkway restoration, landscape restoration, pavement marking restoration and site furnishings.
The general location of the Force Main Project is East of North Federal Highway on NE 22nd Avenue to NE 41st Street in the City of Lighthouse Point, Broward County, Florida

Bid Allowance Amounts: The solicitation includes pass-thru allowances in the amount of $30,000.00. It is not necessary to add the allowance amounts into your bid prices.
