The scope of work also includes the installation of new supply and exhaust air ductwork, terminal boxes, air valves, domestic water piping, waste and vent lines, power, emergency power, lighting, data, security, walls, doors and ceilings in the area of work, all to the extent as described in these Contract Documents. 3.
