Jennifer Mortazavi Creek County Clerk 317 E Lee, Room 100 Sapulpa, OK 74066 918-224-4084 * Purchasing 918-227-4909 On behalf of the Creek County Public Facilities Authority the Board of Creek County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for "Creek County Justice Center Roof Replacement", located at 9175 Ridgeview St Sapulpa, OK 74066. Project is located at the Creek County Jail. It consists of removing the existing modified bitumen roof and insulation down to the steel deck on a roof approximately 36,000 sq. ft. Install a new EPDM roof membrane, insulation, flashings and copings. Paint existing concrete block walls adjacent to the roof. Install two new skylights. The County procurement process is an open process that allows all business owners to participate regardless of race, color, natural origin or sex and we encourage minority and women-owned businesses to bid on any of our projects. Bids must be marked "Creek County Justice Center Roof Replacement" Bid # 22-2 and accompanied with the necessary bid forms, bid bonds and affidavits.
