Strip existing plaster (includes up to two layers of plaster) Remove all tile Leave stainless steel steps in place Install new caulk in existing expansion joint Float out roughened surface after demolition Paint surface with 2-part epoxy Inspect stainless steel gutters for damage Pressure test pool system Notwithstanding any provision or language to the contrary, the city of Sapulpa reserves the right to reject any, and all bids for any reason whatsoever in the sole discretion of the City. The color to be selected by owner's representative. Jobsite protection is required.
