Basin N04 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, consisting of providing all labor, equipment, materials, testing, tools, insurance, traffic control, and supervision for the following work: rehabilitation, removal, and replacement of manholes and lampholes; rehabilitation, cleaning, and replacement sanitary sewer pipe; includes all appurtenances, including, but not limited to, temporary service connections, fittings, and restoring of the right-of-way. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bids must be made on the required Bid form. Surety companies executing BONDS must appear on the Treasury Department's most current list (Circular 570 as amended) and be authorized to transact business in the state where the project is located. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
