City Council on Monday, November 8, 2021, to enter into a contract for the GLENWOOD STREET SW WATERLINE PHASE II REPLACEMENT PROJECT. 2. The proposed Work consists of the replacement of approximately 1,450 linear feet of existing 14-inch cast iron water main along Glenwood Street from Lindy Lane east to Hillcrest Avenue and 660 linear feet on Hillcrest north to the North Canton Middle School with 12-inch ductile iron pipe. The project will also replace 1,300 linear feet of 8-inch cast iron water main with 8-inch DIP on Donner Avenue from Glenwood north to Glendale Street. The project will replace approximately 1,660 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter and lastly mill and resurface each street. A list of Bidding Documents Plan Holders will be available at the office of the City Engineer. Each Bidder must be a Bidding Documents Holder as defined in Article 1 of the Instructions to Bidders. The Board of Control of the City of North Canton, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security as described in paragraphs 7.01 and 7.02 of the Instructions to Bidders.
